Now, before you start clicking that ‘Back’ button, I am not peddling some milk directly from the moon. People hear crazy terms and just associate the name with the reality. Moon Milk, you may be shocked to know, is not milk from the Moon. As far as I am aware, and others know, there are no space cows producing magical dairy. If they were though, I’d imagine it would produce the same wonderful benefits as Moon Milk itself.

This comical drink has become a very popular social media craze, but it’s also just growing in popularity in general. It’s quite interesting, as it’s a hot take on the old warm milk recipe that so many have used to help them get a good sleep at night. With this new recipe, you will more or less be able to get a more impressive, lasting sleep.

For me, Moon Milk was my key to getting back to sleep. My sleeping pattern was ruined, more or less, due to a few lifestyle changes. I was now sitting up at 4-5AM, totally wide awake, unable to shut down body or mind. That was becoming a bit of a problem for me, and made it more or less impossible for me to stay productive. So, I came across Moon Milk and decided to give it a try.

What is Moon Milk?

While most of us have used the old warm milk trick to get us a nice sleep at night, it’s not always enough. Trust me: I’ve been drinking a lot of warm milk to little to no avail. This milk has come to my attention before, and I decided to give it a try. It’s got a lot of interesting ingredients thrown in there, including a series of ayurvedic spices, turmeric and some other interesting goodies.

To make up a glass of Moon Milk, you will need to get some of the ingredients online. You’ll need to get some hot milk, and then add in some honey. Once that is done, you can drop in some adaptogen powder – you can find this online and is one of the key ingredients of making this drink come to life and taste so good.

I then recommend that you throw in some cinnamon and, if you can handle the taste, some cardamom. Mix it all together and enjoy. I can only recommend Moon Milk – it was the cure I needed to barely able to sleep. For me, it’s a complete game changer. Yes, the ingredients can be a bit hard to get your hands on, but if you can find them, you’ll be out like a light in no time!
